| Music is an important part of our church's worship services. Music can add or take away from the message. Music captures the mind and softens the heart of the hearer. Because this is true, we believe that music used in the church should both edify and glorify the almighty God. |
Types of Music played:
Faith Baptist Church's congregational singing praises God through traditional Hymns and Songs. Songs of Praise may also be sung in a traditional manner. |
Themes of Songs:
Since Faith Baptist Church believes that music itself can minister, songs that teach of the truth of Christ's redemption, deity, holiness, majesty, His Sacrifice on Calvary, His Forgiveness for people, the Hope that is in Him, and His Return for His Church are used to help aid the message.

Mrs. Mary King's involvement:
Mrs. King has been playing the piano for Faith Baptist Church for over twenty five years. "I've learned to play with great love for the old hymns and songs. I always have used the music to honor God in the worship service. I'm very thankful for being able to play an instrument of music to Honor my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and intent, as long as the Lord give me strength, to continue to honor Him with music that is worthy of His Holiness."
